Inspired by Pythagoras, the Earth, shamanic journeys, and the music of the spheres, I created this album concept as a gift from the cosmos - a gift from the spheres. With this in mind, From the Spheres was born.

Featuring my classic dreamy tones of ambient soundscapes, wandering flutes, and heartfelt piano, From the Spheres is a luscious listen.

The Other is a soft soundscape of seamless harmonies for otherworldly meditations.

Salute to the Sun is an expression of gratitude to the dawn of a new day. With a message from the sun - I am - this is an honouring of ourselves and the land as the sun gives us warmth and life.

Tiger of Gems is based on a shamanic journey where I met a tiger who dug up gems and money in my garden for me. It was so nice to feel like someone else was doing the hard work for me, and I really wanted to paint an auditory picture of how it felt.

Of the Earth is a simple melodic soundscape that was born from the Earth. A sense of peace and all-knowing fills me up whenever I connect with the Earth, and the sound frequencies Of the Earth represent that.

Moon Dreaming was inspired by the full moon, although it is really a gift from the moon in any phase. Featuring sublime vocals, this piece invokes the beauty of the moon and the night sky.

From the Spheres is inspired by Pythagoras' concept of the musica universalis or music of the spheres - the harmony of the cosmos. This piece is not the sound of the spheres, but rather a gift From the Spheres.

Elegy is a piano improvisation, also a gift from the spheres, but an elegy of sorts. Perhaps an elegy for humanity, for the planet, for my mother, for the past. Not necessarily the end, but a closing, until next time.
